Fabrication of part of the pipeline for the air supply to the turbine (27,000 kg), including the subsequent blasting and painting according to the customer's painting specification (most often multilayer coatings including the final paint).
Everything is done by our means in the company.
Completed pre-assembly of the part for the air supply to the turbine.
The advantage of our company is the possibility to carry out such large pre-assemblies, either on an outdoor pre-assembly area or inside the halls, which are equipped with the bridge cranes up to 25 000 kg.
The total pre-assembly at the company is the rule and guarantee of the smooth final assembly on site.
Pre-assembly of stainless steel pipe sections for air supply to the turbine with a weight of 10,000 kg and a length of 6,4m x width of 4,6m x height of 4,2 m.
Our company has an extensive experience with the surface treatment of the stainless steel parts. We are equipped with our own passivation hall, but we also provide painting of stainless steel parts because we have completed and put into operation one of the largest jet boilers equipped with technology that allows blasting of stainless steel parts.
Insulation of individual parts of the piping for the air supply to the turbine and their subsequent covering with stainless steel cover plates.
The manufacturing process rarely ends up with the surface treatment of the weldment. In most cases individual parts are "armed" whether it is insulation or wiring.
For this reason, our company has a 30 x 50 m assembly hall with two bridge cranes with a load capacity of 20,000kg enabling our customers to complete the products in our company without having to transport them to other suppliers and the associated costs.
Interesting are the different diameters of the individual parts from the "smallest" with the size of 4.1m to the largest with the size of 6m.
The individual parts are then blasted, painted and insulated with special wool reducing the temperature, the wool is then covered with stainless steel sheets.
