Stainless steel production
Stainless steel production is an important part of our fabrication program. Production facilities for stainless steel production (separate halls) are strictly separated from other workshops dealing with welding of black steels.
Our great advantage is once again the complexity of the whole production of stainless steel materials.
Our own laser burning machine including a stainless steel press brake, a punching machine, or a special machine for the subsequent straightening of the sheets after perforation, it all ensures our full control over the entire production process.
Individual parts are then passivated or blasted. Passivation takes place in a passivation hall which is equipped with two bridge cranes with load capacity up to 10,000 kg.
In a case of surface treatment of the stainless steel, the parts are corundum-blasted in our blasting box which allows blasting of large oversized parts followed by transfer to our paint shop.
